Each person is on the rota 4 times except for Barbara Ann, Margret S, Marlene and Graham (5 times) simply because of the way the rota runs - but they won't be called upon in the early weeks of the next rota.
(K) means key holder and shoud have the doors opened no later than 1.30pm
Tea Duty - you must arrive at 1.30pm to set up cups etc., in preparation.
If you are unable to come on your appointed day please swap with someone else and if you are unable to attend on your day at late notice, please telephone Pat on her mobile to let her know.
