£s for lbs for Lent. If you are interested in raising funds (as in previous years) and would like to lose a few pounds during Lent, contact Esther Kidd for information - £10 to enrol - Tel. 01307 462701.

Once again Inverarity Church Sunday School is going to collect change for WaterAid during the period of Lent.  If you would like to contribute to this worthy cause, there will be jars in the Inverarity Hall to put your donations in, or for those attending East and Old Church please place an envelope in the offering plate.
Name plaques for the chairs in the sanctuary – if you would like a plaque for one of the chairs for yourself or members of your family just add your name to the list in the reception area and pay your £25.  Speak to Aileen McKenzie for further information.
Volunteers are needed each Sunday for refreshments after the service.
Cosy Corner: we are looking for 2 or 3 new helpers to join the team,  helping every 4 weeks or so.  All that is required is making a pot of soup or sandwiches, serving and cleaning up.
If you feel this is something you could volunteer your time for, please speak to Jean Alexander (Forfar 463860)
Food Appeal: we would be very grateful if you added in a few extra items to your weekly shop for the food programme at Strathmore Primary School as they are really short at this time. All donations can be brought to the church or we can pick them up.  Thank you in advance.
Need a lift to church any Sunday – please let us know!
